We use Australia Post (they’re rather friendly folk) and tracked shipping to any address within Australia is a flat rate of $10.
Please allow a period of 5 - 7 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas, and 7 - 10 business days for delivery to regional areas within Australia.
If you need your products to be delivered a bit more swiftly, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange express post (for a small additional extra charge.)
Placing an order from elsewhere on Earth? Please allow around 2 weeks for delivery to international addresses, and longer at peak postage times (hello Christmas!)

You can make your payments securely via Paypal with Visa, Mastercard or directly from your Paypal balance.
Payment will be cleared automatically once an order has been placed at the checkout.
Shopping outside of Australia? Don’t fret. Paypal automatically converts pricing to your home currency once you’ve passed through to checkout. Easy!

If you’ve waited longer than the anticipated delivery timeline listed for your order, please contact us straight away. We’ll personally follow up with the postal service to see where your order is hiding out.
Please note: if an item has been lost in transit, replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion.

Add your own customer contact details in the billing area, but make sure you use the gift recipient’s name and address in the shipping area at checkout.

When making a purchase from Emma Kate Co., please choose carefully! We want you to absolutely adore what you order, but cannot accept returns unless your goods have been damaged in transit, or are faulty.
If anything you’ve ordered arrives damaged, please contact us straight away, providing us with your invoice number, and a description or photo of the damage.
